High quality non-corrosive 304 prime Salem stainless steel from 16 to 26 gauge is used. 

Tubes, imported from Japan, are available in O.D. of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8".

Argon arc-welding / seam welding of joints ensures leak proof joints, reducing maintenance to the minimum.

Testing is done to ISI standard. Leak tested as per refrigeration codes with dry nitrogen to 22.5 kg/sp.cm

Cooling elements for instant-type water cooler with copper tube tinned both inside and outside surfaces for smooth water flow. Available in standard models or custom built as required.
